Learn how to run from the right muscles, easing the compression experienced during a fast-paced locomotive process.
We start by opening up and strengthening the stabilizing and mobilizing muscles used during running, followed by several loops around McCarren Park track dissecting the components of running form, and lastly putting it altogether.
The Running Clinic integrates the Kinelogica® Method of teaching to help you work your body from the inside out!
This is great for beginners, as well as runner's looking to achieve ideal form, and reduce or relieve injury.
